Referral program terms

These program terms are part of the Terms of Service. Where they differ, these program terms apply to referrals. They are made in Indonesian and English; if the two versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.

1. The program

Organizations with a Worg account can invite new organizations with a referral link. When an organization you invite pays for Worg, you can earn credit on your own balance, as described below.

2. Who can refer

To refer, your organization must have paid Worg at least once, its account must be at least 30 days old and in good standing, and its owner must have two-step verification turned on. Owners and admins of your organization find the referral link in the console.

3. Who counts as referred

A referred organization is a new organization that signs up through your referral link and has never had a Worg account before, under any name. It earns you credit only while both accounts are in good standing.

4. The reward

For 3 months from the referred organization's first paid top-up, you earn credit for its paid usage at the referral rates for each lane, per 1M tokens, shown on the Referrals page in the console. The rates are at most 20% of the margin Worg makes on that lane, and the credit for a day is never more than 20% of the margin Worg made on that day's paid usage. You start earning once the referred organization has topped up at least US$20 and used at least US$10 of paid usage; usage from its first top-up then counts. Your console shows the credit you have earned.

5. Paid usage only

Only usage paid from money the referred organization actually paid counts. Usage paid with bonus credit, promotional credit, or referral credit does not count. The referred organization gets no sign-up bonus.

6. Limits

You can earn at most US$25 of credit for each referred organization in total, and at most US$100 of credit per calendar month across all your referrals. Credit above these limits is not earned.

7. Credit only, held for 30 days

Rewards are paid only as credit to your Worg balance and can only be used for Worg usage. Credit for usage on a given day is added 30 days later. It waits longer while either organization's account is suspended or closed, or while your organization's owner has two-step verification turned off, and is added once that ends. Referral credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money, does not expire, and is not refunded in any case, including when other unused balance is refunded under the Terms of Service.

8. Refunds and chargebacks

If a payment by the referred organization is refunded or charged back, the reward for the usage it paid for is cancelled. We take it from credit not yet added first. If that reward was already added, we remove it from your balance, without taking your balance below zero; what remains is taken from credit you earn later.

9. Not allowed, and our checks

You may not refer your own organization or an organization you control, open several accounts to earn rewards, or share accounts or keys between organizations to do so. We do not give a reward when the referred organization has a member of your organization, the same email domain as yours (other than public email services), or the same tax ID (NPWP). Our team also reviews referrals, including whether the two organizations use the same payment card or account. If we find a match after credit has started, the credit waits while our team reviews it. You may not send spam, pretend to be Worg, or make claims about Worg that our own pages do not make, for example about price, uptime, or where data is processed. We may cancel pending and added rewards and remove you from the program if these rules are broken. When our team cancels a reward, we record the reason and tell you on request.

10. Changes and ending the program

We may change or end the program, including the referral rates. We email organizations with rewards still being earned at least 14 days before a change that reduces rewards takes effect. Rewards for usage before that date are kept.

11. Taxes and questions

You are responsible for any tax on credit you receive, unless the law requires us to withhold it. For questions about a reward, email team@getworg.com. We explain how it was calculated.
