Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between PT Matrix Studi Karir, which runs the Worg service ("Worg", "we"), and the organization that creates a Worg account ("you"). By creating an account or using the Worg API, you accept them on behalf of your organization. If your organization has a signed contract with us, the contract wins where it differs from these terms.

These terms are made in Indonesian and English. If the two versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.

1. The service

Worg gives your organization access to open-weight language models through an OpenAI-compatible API at api.getworg.com/v1, and a console at console.getworg.com to manage keys, usage, billing, and members. The models run on the hardware of our inference partners, described in the Privacy Policy.

The list of models and their prices is shown in the console and may change. We do not commit to a level of uptime, speed, or model availability unless a signed contract says so.

2. Your account

• The person who signs up must be at least 18 years old and allowed to accept these terms for the organization.
• The person who signs up becomes the owner of the organization. Owners and admins can invite members and change their roles.
• You sign in with a link we send to your email. You can turn on two-step verification at any time. It is required to resume a suspended key, change a role, or create new recovery codes.
• Give a work email and the real name of your organization, and keep billing details correct if you add them.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and your keys, including keeping your email account secure.

3. API keys

• A key is shown once, when you create it. We keep only a hash of it, so we cannot show it again or recover it. If you lose a key, create a new one.
• Every key has limits: requests per minute, tokens per minute, and a monthly budget. Your organization and workspaces can have their own budgets on top of that.
• When a key's spend in the last hour is far above its usual rate, we suspend it automatically and email your organization. An owner or admin can rotate it (recommended) or resume it in the console.
• Keep keys secret. Do not put them in code that runs in a browser or app on your users' devices. If a key leaks, rotate or revoke it in the console and tell us at team@getworg.com.

4. Prices and payment

• Worg is prepaid. Your organization holds a balance in US dollars, and each request is paid from it.
• You pay for the input, cached input, and output tokens of each request, at the price in force when the request is made. We record that price with the request, so a later price change does not change past charges.
• Requests we turn down before they reach a model, for example for an invalid key, a rate limit, or not enough balance, are not charged.
• Before a request goes to a model, we reserve its highest possible cost from your balance and release what was not used when it finishes. If that highest cost is more than your available balance, the request is refused. Setting max_tokens lowers the amount reserved.
• You top up in Indonesian rupiah through our payment partner. The exchange rate is shown and locked when you create the payment, for as long as the payment is open. Your balance is credited once the payment partner confirms the payment.
• A top-up you have not paid expires at the end of its payment window and is cancelled. Nothing is charged.
• We may change prices. We email organization owners at least 14 days before a price increase takes effect. New prices are shown in the console and apply to requests made after the change.
• A receipt for each top-up is sent to your organization's alert email. Worg does not issue VAT invoices (faktur pajak) yet.
• A top-up is credited for the amount we receive. If your organization must withhold tax on payments to us, contact us before you pay.
• Balance is for using Worg and does not expire. It cannot be transferred and is not refunded, unless the law requires it or we agree in writing. If we close your account or end the service for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused balance. If you close your account because you do not accept a change to these terms or to prices, we also refund the unused balance.
• Organizations can earn referral credit by inviting new organizations, under the Referral program terms, which are part of these terms. Referral credit is not refunded in any case, including when other unused balance is refunded.
• Organizations on a contract may be billed monthly instead. Their contract sets the credit limit and payment terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may build products on Worg and offer them to your own users. You must not use Worg, or let your users use it:

• to break Indonesian law or any law that applies to you, or to infringe other people's rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
• to create or spread sexual content involving minors, including fictional or role-play content, or sexual content about a real, identifiable person without their consent;
• to create malware, steal credentials, commit fraud, send spam, or harass people;
• to seek or give instructions for weapons that can cause mass harm (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive), or to incite violence or terrorism;
• to impersonate another person, present AI output as verified fact, or hide that content was made by AI where the law requires you to disclose it;
• to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, such as on employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, or healthcare, based only on model output without human review;
• to process personal data you have no legal basis to process;
• to attack or overload Worg or anyone else's systems, or to test them for vulnerabilities without written permission;
• to extract or reconstruct model weights or other non-public parts of the service, or to reverse engineer it;
• to get around limits or safeguards, for example by sharing keys between organizations or spreading load over several accounts, or to resell plain access to the Worg API as a service of its own without our written agreement.

If an organization breaks these rules, we may suspend its keys or account. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Report harmful output, security issues, or misuse to team@getworg.com, with the request ID (the x-request-id response header) when you have it.

6. Your content and model output

• Prompts you send and outputs you receive are your content, as far as the law and other people's rights allow. We do not claim any rights to them.
• We use your content only to return the response. Worg does not store prompts or outputs and does not use them to train models.
• Outputs come from AI models and can be wrong, incomplete, or offensive. Check them before you rely on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions. You are responsible for how you and your users use them.
• Generated code can contain bugs or harmful behavior. Test it in an isolated environment before you run it.
• Outputs can resemble material that belongs to others. Check rights and attribution before you publish them.
• Our inference partners do not screen most requests before they reach the model, and some models have reduced safety filtering. You stay responsible for what you send and how you use the answers.
• Each model is released by its developer under its own license, and some models carry extra terms from our inference partners. Your use must follow them. Ask us at team@getworg.com for the terms that apply to a specific model.

7. Personal data

How we handle personal data about you and your team is in the Privacy Policy. If your prompts contain personal data about other people, your organization decides why and how that data is processed and must have a legal basis for it under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). For that data we act on your instructions, which are the requests you send.

Do not send sensitive personal data, children's data, or credentials such as passwords and keys in prompts unless you have a lawful basis and a real need.

8. Suspension and closing your account

• You can stop using Worg at any time. To close your organization's account, the owner emails team@getworg.com from the owner's address.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay a contract invoice by its due date, or must be closed by law. Where we can, we give notice first.
• If we end the Worg service, we tell account owners by email at least 30 days in advance.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that affect your rights, we email organization owners at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. If you do not accept the new version, you can close your account before it takes effect and we refund the unused balance (section 4). Using Worg after that date means you accept the new version. The date at the top shows the current version.

10. Liability

• Worg is provided as it is. Apart from what these terms and a signed contract say, we give no promise about the results you will get from the service or the models.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost business, or lost data.
• As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your organization paid us in the three months before the claim.
• Your organization covers our losses from claims by third parties caused by your unlawful prompts, outputs, or use of Worg, except where we caused them.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute comes up, we will first try to settle it by talking with you for 30 days. If that fails, the dispute is settled by the Sleman District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Sleman). This does not stop either party from using the small claims procedure (gugatan sederhana) where the law allows it.
